Dear Lincoln Middle School Families,

Welcome to another exciting year at Lincoln Middle School! It is truly an honor and a privilege to continue serving this incredible school community as your principal. As we begin a new school year together, I want to thank you for the trust you place in us each day to educate, support, and care for your children.

Lincoln has so much to celebrate. Last year, our students achieved tremendous academic growth, our families strengthened their partnership with the school, and our staff continued to create
meaningful opportunities for every student to succeed. Those accomplishments are the result of a dedicated team of educators, an outstanding student support team, committed families, and, most importantly, students who work hard every day. While we are proud of what we've accomplished together, we know our best days are still ahead.

At Lincoln, our work is guided by the 3 Ps: Presence, Partnership, and Purpose.

Presence means showing up every day ready to learn, support one another, and be actively
engaged in our school community.

Partnership reminds us that student success is strongest when families, staff, students, and our
community work together with a shared commitment to excellence.

Purpose means every lesson, every conversation, and every opportunity is intentional—helping
students discover their strengths, grow as leaders, and prepare for what comes next.

These three principles ultimately prepare our students for the 4th P: Pathway—their pathway to
success in high school, college, career, and life. Everything we do at Lincoln is designed to help
students build the confidence, character, and skills they need to pursue the future they envision
for themselves.

Thank you for your continued partnership and support. I encourage you to stay connected, attend
school events, communicate with our staff, and become an active part of the Lincoln family.
Together, we will continue building on our success and creating an exceptional experience for
every student.
I look forward to seeing you at registration, Back-to-School Night, performances, athletic events,
